Time to get athletic! In collaboration with the Fédération du Sport Cycliste Luxembourgeois (FSCL), we are looking for the coolest bike course with you as the main star. Build your very own obstacle course in your garden or on your doorstep and make a video of yourself riding it.

Not sure where to get started?

Have a look here at the exercises and activities for kids on a bike, that the FSCL and the SCRIPT have come up with lately.

Eager to get on your bike?

We have some final requirements for you:

  • You’re in elementary school (C1-C4).
  • Your safety is very important to us, so we need you to wear a helmet for the full duration of the challenge, or else our jury is unable to validate your performance.
  • Please be careful and take no risks. Please note that participation is at your own risk and the SCRIPT or the FSCL cannot be held responsible in case of an accident or damage.
  • The evaluation is based on three criteria: creativity, diversity and execution.
  • Send in your video by June 7th 2020, using the platform wetransfer.com and sending it to the following email address challenge@script.lu . If you want to, you can share your video with the FSCL via Facebook, thereby agreeing that the FSCL can publish it on their Facebook page.
  • Don’t forget to indicate your name, grade level, class as well as your private address and optionally a phone number, so that we can let you know if you’re the lucky winner with the coolest bike course (if you are a member of a cycling club or the LASEP, please include the name of your club or LASEP group).

So, what’s in for you? Well, the participant with the coolest bike course wins an awesome cycling activity for his or her entire class (or his or her club or LASEP group) with Christine Majerus (reigning road, time-trial and cyclocross national champion, winner of the GP Elsy Jacobs 2017, overall winner of the Boals Ladies Tour 2019), Suzie Godart (former multiple national champion, reigning World- and European Masters champion in cyclocross, reigning European Masters champion in Cross-Country Mountainbike) and last but not least Frank Schleck (winner of the Amstel Gold Race 2006, Tour de France stage winner, former multiple national champion).

Additionally, there a lot of consolation prizes like 10 gift vouchers of 50€ to shop at Asport offered by the LASEP and a special ranking for entrants with a balance bike.

We look forward to seeing your creative bike courses and maybe you will be the lucky rider sharing a spin with Luxembourg’s cycling elite very soon.
